Got new g33 phones for my kids. I was setting them up and the phone just restarted and then it asked me to factory reset. Every time I try to setup phones it does this. What do I do?

Those are very inexpensive phones. I would return them if you just bought them.

Are they full new or second-hand? Why are you prompted to factory reset every time when your set up a new device?
