Contact Editing in PC

I added my boss's gmail to my phone and I didn't realize it would sync all of his contacts to mine. So I now have the contacts from his gmail and from mine. Is there a program where I can remove his or put his into a group easily? Perhaps on a PC? I keep hearing the sync back to gmail thing, but since it is two separate gmail accounts, how would I do that? And I can't edit his contacts in his gmail because he still needs them.
