Contact Permission

Can anyone tell me how to change the contact permission so I can add Contacts on my ZTE Blade Z max

Go to Settings > Apps, find the contacts app and go to its permissions.

Assuming your Android version is recent enough that permissions are managed that way (since I don't know what version this phone would be running).
