Contact Picture is smaller

After updating to 4.3 I have noticed that the contact pictures when someone rings you are a lot smaller with white space on either side of the photo.

Before the photo used to be a lot larger with no white space at either side of the picture. Is there something I should be doing to correct this?

Sorry, but there is no other way for you to be able to put your contact pictures as big as it was.
I don't really recommend updating to 4.3, because there's too many issues going on with it.

I got the picture back to what it was. I deleted it from the contact and then reapplied it and altered the crop size its fine now.
