I just upgraded to android 2.2 on my samsung intercept earlier today.
on 2.1 I somehow managed to have 2 different facebook accounts in the sync accounts.. I can't remember how I got the second one in there.. I do remember that the main one was synced regularing when you first setup the facebook app.. and it shows a blue F icon beside the contacts.. the second facebook account I had synced was a lime green color (I think) ..can't remember what the icon actually had on it.. I don't think it said anything about facebook though.
anybody know what I'm talking about?

this guy had 2 FB accounts linked too.. his was on accident though.. he said the green icon had a little white head and torso on the icon.
I'm thinking maybe what I did before was I added the first fb account under the sync options manually.. then the second one I did by logging into the fb app.. which it looks like 2.2 won't let you do this.
