How do I transfer contacts from my Galaxy s III to my new pac.+
 
If your contacts are stored in your google (gmail) account(which is the default for android so they should be), as soon as you add your google account to the phone it should sync automatically.

N.S.O. my answer is based on the assumption that the "new pac.+" is an android device, if anyone knows differently please correct me.
