Hello and welcome to Android Forums. Hopefully I can help you with your problem.
The easiest way is to create a Google account on both devices. Once you have done so and let Google sync, it will automatically transfer your contacts to the new device once you have signed into Google.
There are also apps on the Play store which help transfer of contact information. Google is by far the easiest though and is what I recommend.
