I'm new to this forum and am trying to contact a moderator to ask for some help with using the system. How do I do this as I can find no list of moderators or any link to start a conversation with a moderator? From the introduction email I received I gather that they suggest I download an app to use this forum but I prefer to access using the website through a PC if it makes any difference to how I contact a moderator.

The Forums app is optional for using the forums on a mobile device, you can certainly choose to use a browser instead.

The private chat with staff area is the best way to go, all staff can see it and you'll most likely get the quickest response there.
