Help Contacts App Not Installed????

When I click on the Contacts app icon the app doesn't open. There's a little message that pops up saying that the app is not installed. My contacts sync with my Google account. It works great on my Samsung Infuse phone.

I did just install the new software update. I have no idea if that's when the trouble started, though, and can't remember when I would have used that app on my tablet last.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Does anyone know where I should go for help on this issue - non-working Contacts app.
