Hey. I got an issue with my contacts app on MIUI 12. when I start to insert the first few numbers of my contacts, for some of them the phone predicts the contact name and brings it up and for some it doesn't do that. anyone has any idea what's up with it? I would like my phone to predict all my contacts when I insert the first few numbers of their phone number so I could just tap on the name and call them instead of inserting the whole phone number. thanks in advance.

Install a different contacts app from the play store, such as Google contacts

On my MIUI 14, the phone will do a fuzzy search in all contacts, predict and show all matching names.
In the Contacts app, Settings( upper-right corner icon ) - Configure contact lists, check whether the 'All contacts' option is checked. In addition, are your all contacts in Xiaomi Account or SIM card?
