Help Contacts backup

Hi.
Is there an Android app to backup Contacts to SD card with selective restore?
Or one that does not duplicate existing contacts when restoring?
Samsung Galaxy S4 SGH-i337 Android 4.4.2 KitKat (not rooted)

Backup is easy (export them from your phonebook app, probably under "manage contacts". Selective restore not so much. I don't offhand know a solution to that one, apart from importing them into something else on a computer or editing the vcard file manually.

If you have your contacts synced with Google you can manage them using a web browser: log in to the GMail account, select "Contacts" (from little pull-down arrow by the word "Compose"), and just add/remove any you want. Useful if you find a computer less hassle to do these things with than a phone.
