Contacts Challenge

Greetings ! :D

I am new to the Android 2.0/Droid arena after moving from a Motorola V9m and Blackberry Curve.

In my previous environment I became accustomed to having a list of "contacts" on my phone for regular calling....and a list of "contacts" on my Blackberry that were synced with my Exchange server.

I know on the DROID I can upload my phone contacts to GMAIL and it will then incorporate them with my contacts synced from EXCHANGE.

Is there an app that will allow me to have two separate contact lists? I really do not want to combine the two together.

I noticed that by default their is a calendar app and a CORPORATE calendar app...one is from GMAIL the other from EXCHANGE.

Is there a way I can do this with my contacts?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I want to stick with Android, but this hick-up will probably make me revert to my old ways.

Thanks,

Squid

I have tried Touchdown, RoadSync and Moonrug mobile, in addition to the built in contacts app on Android 2.0.

Using built-in Contacts, I can only sync the 'Contacts' folder from Exchange, but none of my subfolders within that folder. I have subfolders for each company and contacts within those, and none of them sync.

Touchdown allows you to add the folders, and syncs them at first, but then it loses them all somehow. Just a blank screen.

Roadsync is supposed to be integrated into the 'Contacts' default app, but I don't see that it does, and it doesn't sync the subfolders or allow you to select them to sync.

Moonrug syncs the contacts in the subfolders, but there's no way to view each subfolder's specific contents. It mixes them all together. Also, there's no way to search for contacts! The search button does not work within that app.
