While charging, I got the message that Contacts was updating. This continued endlessly.
On another forum, it was advised to remove my Google account from the device and reinstall so as to import Google contacts.
However, after removing my google account, it seems impossible to add it back. After being asked to enter my name I get a continuing message "Your name is used to personalize your phone and Google services." Nothing then happens.
I can't access Play Store, Google+ or anything else google related without having the account on my phone.
Please advise on the Google account issue OR another way to approach the Contacts updating issue!
