Contacts Disappearing - Sync out of Sync

Anyone else having Sync problems. My contacts started disappearing and when I went into my accounts settings there is a message at the bottom that says that Sync is currently experiencing problems and will be back shortly. This started yesterday.

Yeah it happened to me too week or so ago. I had my contacts saved to PHONE and lost a LOT of them. Still trying to figure out why that happened, might've been because I let the battery run down to like 15%. Thankfully myLookout was backing up my contacts.

Now I save all contacts to Google so they're always in Google Contacts online.
