Contacts lists

I cannot extract the contacts from my DEXT nor can I find where to access my contacts on my MotoBlur account, nor can I seem to save contacts to the SIM card.

Has anyone else had this problem? I need my contacts list because I am getting rid of my Dext for a non-Motorola phone.

Any pointers to relevant software updates or any help would be grateful.
