Contacts OEM app shuting down

Hi,

I have a problem with my Contacts OEM app in a Notes II SGH-I317, running custom ROM 4.3 for Kitkats.

the app just shutdown when i try to run options menu from the main contacts screen, i.e. i what the list of contact to be displayed by Last, name from, but when i try to setup this, the app just shutdown.

i have reset factory settings but since i upload this firmware it shows this bug. My problem is that is the best i found for this old harware.

i guess reinstalling only the system Contact app will solve the problem, but i do not know how to do it or even if is possible.

It's a problem with the ROM. That's not the OEM app. OEM app means the one that came with the phone. Changing the ROM replaces the OEM app with whatever that ROM uses.
