Help Contacts-On my Galaxy!

So my wife surprised with the note last night for my bday, i love it!

I noticed while exploring and browsing through my contacts a "On my Galaxy!" tag next to one of my contacts.

Not sure if this is just letting me know the person also owns a Samsung phone, or if there's some other significance to the tag?

That's the default signature that Samsung thoughtfully put in the messaging app. My technologically-declined Darling Bride has the same signature. The sender needs to go into the app's settings and change the signature (or delete the contents for no signature).
