Help Contacts Recovery PLEASE HELP

Hi I have had a HTC hero on t-mobile for a few months now. I have recently done a factory re-set to make a new gmail acount. I stupidly didnt relise all my contacts that are stored to my phone have been deleted. Please could anyone tell me if there is any way to recover them

If you had sync set up correctly your contacts will be stored on your original gmail account, which you can access online. If thats the case you can then export them to your new gmail account which will then sync with your phone .
