Help Contacts with physical addresses not syncing to my Android phone

My phone's main board was replaced under warranty and as such I had to set up my phone "as new". In doing so I noticed that none of my contacts that have a physical address (ie home or work) are being sync'd to my phone. To try and fix this I've tried stopping contact syncing rebooting and starting contacts syncing, I've tried removing my account from the phone rebooting and adding my account again to the phone. I've tested by copying a contact through the web interface, removing the address, and that contact without the address sync'd fine.

How can I get my phone to sync contacts with addresses?

-- Which email service are you using?
With Gmail getting the contacts to sync should be pretty seamless but with some other email services it may require some manual tweaking in your phone's Settings menu (or the app's Settings menu). As you mentioned the motherboard being replaced and needing to set up your phone from scratch, just to confirm, you are or are not still using the same Google account on the new set up?

-- You're using the default Contacts app that came with your V10, yes?
The default app will get a lot of base configuration settings through your phone's Settings, while a third-party contacts app might also rely on the phone's Settings or it might rely on its own. If you are using a third-party app that you installed, which one?
