contolling music in car without looking

I used an ipod (old) that I could click next and back without looking on the wheel. Is there a way to do this on the droid, so that you just have to press the top or bottom or other easy touch way?

I really do not want to take my eyes off the road to control music

no there is nothing I know of.. I would suggest creating a play list so you don't have to skip

I listen to alot of music, pandora, and podcasts on the way to work. I would love a program that had big buttons to program all or anyone of those.
