I was within my 30 days and was having some issues with my Droid Incredible so Verizon exchanged it for me for a brand new one.
Well, this morning when I got on my verizon account I noticed that my contract had been extended by another 30 days and also my new every two date pushed back another 30 days as of yesterday's date.
Not cool!
I like to do early upgrades and I could have taken advantage of some of the Christmas sales next year, now I won't be able too.
Doing an exchange for faulty equipment should not force the customer into a new contract extension even if it is only a month.
