Help Controling usb connections

anybody know how to limit a device from connecting random computers? I have a set of tablets and only want them to be able to connect to one computer via usb. Is there a way to do this? for example if a school issues the tablets, I would want the students to be able to connect to a school computer via usb, but not be able to connect to a home computer via usb.

Since you referenced schools, is your school district using G Suite?

If so there's an option to enable/disable USB file transfers in its Admin console (click on arrow by 'Apps and data sharing' to expand listing):
