Bear with me as I am a bit of a Noob, however my niece recently downloaded Mabilo Ringtones on to her HTC Tatto and she is unable to access it, it apparently says "Controlled Access".
I have tried downloading the same app on my Desire with no issues, so can anyone explain to me what "controlled access" may mean and how to resolve the problem.
