Convenient for a Group Meeting

I'm connected with a small company that focuses on fashion trends like clothing, footwear , bags and so many others. We always conduct training , seminars, and events outside. By the way, we are having a tough times coordinating or gathering our team of other branches that we do have especially in a meeting. We want something that could connect us easily. We want to make use of our iPad or Android phones. I think, it is important that we could interact at once especially if inevitable situation happens in an event that we need to settle. We heard about video and web conferencing app lately. Would that be applicable for us? Just in case, How will it work ?

I've been trying different ways of keeping in touch with my team - I tried the groups in LinkedIn, Google+, Skype, Facetime (challenging since not all are apple users) and even viber. We would talk on the skype, while I have my phone directed to my screen, so they can see what I'm doing. Someone mentioned teamviewer and meetings online - I will try these next since there are free trial periods for a lot of them. I am looking for recommendations or suggestions, though, from those who have used these online tools. Thanks.

Someone from linkedin invited me to a seminar. If I remember correctly, they asked me to go to gotomeeting? You dont need to download an app - its web based. Check out that one. Otherwise, when I talk to my family on facetime and I want them to look at my screen on my laptop it works ok too for the most part. Its just tiring

thank you! I checked out gotomeeting and I think it will be good for what we need - I can share my screen with them and control what they are looking at and I don't need to send them any files too. When I searched for go to meeting, several other sites were returned and one of them is omnijoin. Its called brother cloud omnijoin web conferencing? Are you familiar with this? Anyone who knows how it works or the cost for these two? Anyway, I may be able to find out once I create an account with these two - I'll update here - so I can help others too.
