I don't think so. It would be like converting a music format to a text format. Why do you want to do that?

Because my Ebook from the Library is all in mp3 format.

Curious. It sounds to me like you are talking about audiobooks not ebooks. Audiobooks are recordings of someone reading a book (I listen to them in my car all the time) while an ebook is like a text file with some formatting which you have to read.

Could you be confusing the two?

I believe that the stock player on your phone should be able to play the audio book as long as it's in an mp3 format. You'd either have to tell the player where to look, or simply move the audio book into your music directory and then play that 'song' in the player. The player should remember your place in the book and restart where it left off as long as you pause the player before shutting it down. And you should probably make sure that the random function is turned off also.

You could also try MortPlayer Audio Books it has a bookmarking feature and will play MP3.
