Convert .PDF to .APK android apps?

Hello
Just joined this forum and have a quick question.

Well i have a website for go kart plans (Thecomputerdewd.com)
And i have a page with go kart plans. So what i have done is converted the go kart plans to a PDF for tablet viewing but i am wondering if you can convert this .pdf to .apk so i can publish it into the android market? Any idea's?


Also i am making a soundboard, does anyone know what the easiest program to make andorid soundboards is? Also if so, anyone know any easy programs to make iphone soundboards?

It would really mean a lot if you could help me out

Hey, I know this was a long time ago but did you ever figure this out? I'm trying to do this same thing without having to learn how to be a developer.
