Convert Video to DVD

What is the best way to convert the video from the EVO to a DVD? I see the file is in a 3gp format but not sure what the best way to convert it to a DVD to play on TV.

There are tons of software out there that will convert video to dvd. It all depends on how advanced you want to make the dvd.

You can use HandBrake to convert the .3gp to mp4 then use a program called ConvertXtoDVD to burn it to dvd.

Thats 2 conversions. If you want to keep the best quality, you use as few conversions as possible, i.e. 1 (3gp to dvd).
