Converting a MS Windows 8 phone to Android

I was talked by a Verizon salesman into upgrading to a Nokia MS Windows 8 phone (I had been using an Android phone). I regret the decision. I was told that it is possible to convert MS Windows 8 to the Android OS. Is that possible? How do I do it.
