converting old pc software to run on android 4.1.2

Hi I just recently got a samsung galaxy note 8", and was wanting to know if there is any way to convert old software for windows 95/98 to run on an android device.

Alas no. If only there was I would dig out all my old WIN98SE games and port them over to Android.
