I've been trying to send video via text, but always get message size limit reached. Had this problem on another phone but went into camera settings and saw one for MMS. On Arise I've found where camera setting and went into the picture size setting, but can't tell which size setting will work for MMS. Tried QCIF, QVGA, VGA and a couple others without luck. Any suggestions? Maybe download a camera app from playstore?

Help Coolpad Arise MMS Issue

You'll likely find MMS is set to 300kb maximum. It's not set by the camera app, it's set by the messaging app, and also very likely your carrier limits MMS sizes, usually to around 300kb. Unfortunately you won't get much video in 300kb. Even photos can be limited in size for MMS.
If you really want to attach videos to MMS, select the lowest size the camera can shoot at, probably QCIF, and keep them extremely short, a few seconds. MMS was never intended for video anyway, a legacy the late '90s, from before video capable camera phones and broadband 3G and 4G. Coolpad is a Chinese phone and China Mobile and Unicom do limit MMS to 300kb, so that's probably what it's working to.
