Help Coolpad Catalyst problems?

Anyone else having quality issues with Coolpad Catalyst? I just bought a new Catalyst from metro. It loads extremely slow or doesn't load and has to be refreshed more often than not. Freezes for a minute or till the option 'apps not responding' comes up while using any app even calls & messaging. When shuffling from one page back to another it resets the page and loses all progress or information. Is this just because it's a cheap cell so it sucks or could I have gotten a lemon? Can I go to metro and return or get credit toward upgrade if it's been less than 30 days since purchased?

This Coolpad is a very budget phone with a really basic spec, like only 1GB RAM, Snapdragon 210, 8GB internal storage. And if you're trying to run current apps like Facebook, it's just going to struggle and will never be happy. Suggest you return it and swap for something better specced.
