Help Coolpad phone

Im not sure if the coolpad is Android or who carries it..my little sister was asking me about it and I haven't a clue...anybody own one of these phones? thx

Coolpad is a reasonably well known Chinese make. Nothing particularly special and not high-end. They often make carrier own brand devices for Vodafone etc.
