When i turn on my coolpad, at the top where the reception bars show no service then after the phone is booted up the signal bars stay grey with a red cirle with a line through it. It wont let me use any of the wifi texting apps but it allows u to surf the web..i have hard reset and soft reset the phone it atill is doing t
