CoPilot for android (and Iphone...)

Started on the missus iphone that it stopped sayiing 'Welcome to CoPilot' when you started the app (even though it is switched to on in the settings), also none of the directions are audible yet the button clicks are fine...

Sent a support request to ALK a week ago... no reply...

Today fired up CoPilot on my HTC Desire and exactly the same thing has happened throughly pissed off... any ideas?

Ok after doing some more googling did a master reset (in the CoPilot software, under settings) on the iphone and it started working again... unfortunately the same cannot be said for the HTC Desire...

OK after restarting the phone it come up after four attempts to start the app... and now voice is back. But when you exit CoPilot it still seems to be running in the background...

Seems to be random how many times I have to start the app before it actually comes up, but at least I have sound now....
