Copilot Premium Live Hanging problem

Hi - 1st post so be gentle

I bought Copilot Premium Live a couple of months ago, and was very happy with it. Recently though (last 3 weeks), it has started to hang, then after 2-10 miles 'jumps' to another location on the route that I'd already passed, then after a minute or so would suddenly jump again to the correct place and continue quite happily....for another 10 miles or so and do the same thing...anyone else had this issue?

I've contacted Copilot support who gave me instructions for moving from one device to another as I must have changed phones - which I haven't??? I emailed back but haven't heard anything yet.

As I can't rely on the Copilot app I've using Skobbler and Google Nav, both of which have been no problem. The problems are occurring on British motorways with an excellent GPS signal.

I've restarted the phone in case it was performance issues, but that doesn't fix it.

I've paid for this App, plus the Traffic subscription so don't want to write it off. Also, when it works I think it is really good.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the response...not sure how to do what you're suggesting thou. Can you elaborate as I'd be happy to give it a go.

Settings/Applications/Manage Applications/All, then select CoPilot Live and tap the "Clear Data" button.

Check that you are not in pedestrian ie walking mode.
