Easiest way would be to sync your calendar with Google on the Mesmirize then sync the Galaxy 2 with Google.

If that's not an option, then use something like AndroidSync to sync the Mesmirize with Outlook on your PC. Once that's done, either use the same app or Kies to sync Outlook on the PC with your Galaxy.
