Is there a way to copy the ringtones that came with the phone to my computer? I would like to use some of them for other android phones I have. If so where are they located on the phone?

You can do it on an un-root-ed Bionic using Astro File Manager and copying from ...
\system\media\audio\ringtones
... my GUESS is that it is the same on the Razr.
(I copied it to the SD-Ext card to test it out. When a copy of the folder is on your SD-Ext card you can obviously access it from your computer. They are .ogg files. I play them with Roxio Creator 2011 Pro.)
The folder is not accessible using the Files app.
I am using Astro File Manager Pro but from the documentation it should also work in Astro File Manager.
Please let me know.
