Copying complete Android image from one set top box to another

I've customized an Android set top box exactly to my liking, and would like to know if there is a way to copy the entire device's image to another set top box with identical hardware. Essentially what I'm looking for are the same exact settings, apps, data, etc on the second box. Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided here.

I've no experience using it on a TV Box, but take a look at Helium Backup.

You need to connect both devices to a PC, and it's kinda lengthy, but it's relatively simple and guides you through the entire process.
