Root CoreControl on n7?

Has anyone used core control with the n7?

I just installed it and it said only 3 cores were active. Idk if it was because it was idle, but I hit the '4 core' button and it appears to have activated he fourth...

Does it only use the fourth core when needed? Or do we actually have to 'turn it on' ?

The default action is for only as many cores to be running as is needed for smooth operation. No reason to have 4 cores running when the device is sitting there.
