I have a fourteen day old Samsung Galaxy S4. The camera stopped working after about a week and on day fourteen the phone began having charging issues. I took the phone into Verizon, they were all set to give me a new phone for the defective camera when the service rep looked at the charging port and declared the warranty void due to water damage evidenced by corrosion. I am not aware of any water damage to this phone. Can corrosion develop and show itself in fourteen days?
