I'm unable to sync my htc vivid phone and htc Tablet to my outlook. The mesage is there's a PIM issue. I called HTC and they say it's an outlook issue --- I have a corrupt contact --- and I have to contact Microsoft. I'm not very computer savvy and was unable to get a phone number to contact someone at Microsoft. I'm trying this as a possible way to find a solution --- it's either this or just cry.

Nice to have you join us. Welcome aboard the forums. I'm not sure if there is a fix for this, since you was told what the problem was (corrupt contact).
