Could i use the name as the same name of exsited application

Hi all,

I'm newbie of Android. Now i have a hello application, i want to name it as "angry bird" ( this name is used by an existed application ) and post it on Android Market

Could i do it ?

Yes, however they'll probably have your app taken down and your account locked for trademark infringement once they notice it.
