could not download facebook

I can't download facebook on my samsung phone model no. Gt5830 why i am getting (error 403)simultaneously while downloading.

Hi, My Granddaughter got that error on every thing she tried to download, we had to Reset the phone. Can you download other things?
btw...u can bypass play store by searching google for facebook.apk
