"Could not open camera hardware" message after installing flashlight app

I installed a flashlight app & after doing so, whenever I click on an app, a system message that says, "Could not open camera hardware. Reboot your device and try again" appears. Any idea why this is occurring?

Probably the flashlight app is messing with the camera. Uninstall the app and see if that fixes it. If it does, try another flashlight app.
