Alright guys.

Just shopping about this evening and ready to purchase my new motherboard but can o hell choose. I think I'm going with a am3+ CPu. Baring in mind I'm not going to use it for hardcore gaming probably hardly no gaming .. but I was wondering if any of you guys had ant recommendations for a mobo I have about 40 quid ish maybe more any help would he great thanks guys

So because I'm not a gamer? What are the things am I looking for like nessesaties? USB 3 2 or 4 ram slits? ??

I think for necessities you would want 4 ram slots, and for it to have usb 3.0 as well as sata III

This will help ensure your new computer won't grow old faster

Just because you have 4 ram slots doesn't mean you need to use them all right now, and soon all usb devices coming out will be 3.0 so it would be good to have that.

AsRock is a decent brand with a lower price tag. You will have to decide how many expansion slots you will want (pci, pci-e...).

I have been out of this way to long lol. So there is a goodd Asus boars with all them Co.ponents on Thursday only thing I will need to put in a pci slot would be a wlan card and that's it I may in time upgrade to a decentish gpu but it's not important if you get me. Pci Pci e whats the did?

Yep. 4 RAM slots, but 2 RAM sticks. Get all the RAM you need for some time to come in 2 sticks, even if it costs a little more. Keep the other two free for upgrades. I hear it's better overall to use just two pieces.

i have decided that i am going to go with that ASUS M5A78L/M USB3 board. with a fx4100 or FX6100 for now then. cheers for you help guys..
