Help Couldnt fetch license

I just bought an episode of hell on wheels and when I went to watch it i got an error saying couldn't fetch license error 800. Can someone help?

Are you rooted? I think Google Play blocks rooted devices from playing paid video content.

I just ran into the same problem on my Nexus 7 (not rooted) after buying The Avengers on Google Play.

Brand new Nexus, not rooted. Same issues on all Google Play videos.
