Help cracked screen

Hi. I have a galaxy ace and need to replace the screen. Any body know where I can get instructions on how to do this?

The touch screen digitizer or the actually lcd screen? It's 2 layered, the outer glass you touch is the digitizer and under that inside the phone is the lcd screen.

Ignore the middle bit of the video,concentrate on the beginning and towards the end.

ok thanks. I'll give it a go. how much can I ignore, want to make it as simple as possible......

Just ignore the middle bit about taking the motherboard apart. You just need to know how to remove the cover at the begining and how to take the digitizer off about 3/4's of the way through.
