Help Crashes in high accuracy mode

My N6 crashes frequently when I use high accuracy location services (eg GPS, cell and wifi). Opening maps results in a crash, also searching for wifi networks.
I'm running 5.1.1 on the UK O2 network.
Does anyone out there have any suggestions?

No suggestions but when I was on holiday I had similar problems, my N6 crashed quite often when stopping the car to take photos or videos while I had maps open.
