Crazy random sounds

Starting last fall my phone, which is brand new then started making this "bloink" sound and now it makes anywhere from one to 6 in a row for no apparent reason. We've tried turning off location, notifications, etc...nothing. And the tone doesn't match ANY of my notification tones in my phone. I can't be the only person having this issue, but searching on forums, I found nothing?
