Help Create a shortcut from a function inside an app

Hello all, i'd like to ask if there is any app that allows me to create a shortcut for a channel inside an iptv app on my android smart box so my grandma could open it using alexa voice control, any idea?

Probably not because this would all depend on the app on the box.
And for something like that to exist is next to impossible
